They messed up my drink and when I came back and brought back the drink to remake it, the lady infront snatched the drinks from my hand and was so rude. I ordered a smoothie but it was soo watery and not delicious. I’ve been coming here for years and honestly I will be going to another location because this is not acceptable. They messed up my drink and were extremely rude about remaking it EVEN THO I GOT THE DRINK BACK COMPLETELY FULL.

Every time we come in Tanner helps us and provides great recommendations. Service is always incredible at this location. All the employees are kind and very patient but Tanners bubbly personality always makes our interactions enjoyable and fun. 10/10

They recently removed my favorite item from the menu D: That or the new staff don’t have the menu locked in and loaded already. Despite that, it’s still pretty easy to order (it’s just Thai tea with a specific flavoring) and good every time. Been going here since 2018!

Its really disappointed with the service here. We ordered a mango slush and explicitly requested **no added sweetness**, yet it was made extremely sweet. Do you even listen to the instructions customers provide? What's the point of asking for customization if the drink is going to be made your way anyway? This isn't the first time this has happened-it has happened a couple of times already. This level of negligence is really disappointing. I hope you take customer instructions more seriously in the future.

First time in here was super excited to go in. Just to have a disappointment right after. Gudiel seemed to be in a bad mood and was super rude to me and the customer after me. I ordered 2 snowyn and for my first time i didn't know how to order. He started catching a attitude with me ans raising his voice on what toppings I wanted. I will definitely not come back!
